CM Adhikari on Thursday reiterated a July 15 timeframe for the Ayushman Bharat rollout and set a Sept 30 deadline to integrate it with the state’s Swasthya Sathi scheme. The state cabinet also set up two committees — one headed by finance minister Swapan Dasgupta to release white papers on corruption, and another on investments to be headed by industries minister Tapas Roy. The CM also stressed the need to reduce expenditure, prevent revenue leakage, and urged officials to interact with the public more frequently.
