TMC highlights resident certificate to a tractor in Bihar

Strange things are happening in Bihar where the Assembly election will be held later this year.
After a dog, now a tractor has been issued a residential certificate.
Trinamul Congress leadership in the party’s X handle wrote: “These very certificates are being accepted as valid proof in @ECISVEEP’s Special Intensive Revision exercise, which has arbitrarily deleted the names of millions of poor and vulnerable citizens from the voter list. What began as bureaucratic comedy has turned into as assault on democracy. A tractor gets voting rights. A legitimate citizen doesn’t. This is a mockery of electoral integrity.”
A few days ago, a resident certificate was issued in the name of a dog and its father’s name has been mentioned as Kutta Babu and Kutiya Devi.
Now, a resident certificate has been issued in the name of Sonalima Tractor. Her father’s name is Swaraj Tractor and Mother’s name is Car Devi. They hail from Purabi Champaran district , sub-division Motihari and sub-division Kotwa, said Trinamul Congress leaders.
Meanwhile, 300 migrant workers were forced to flee Haryana and return to Bengal to escape@ BJO4India’s xenophobic witch hunt.
Trinamul Congress leaders in the X handle posted: “Nayab Saini BJP’s police raided their homes, called them Bangladeshi, threw them in detention and brutalised them despite valid documents proving their Indian citizenship. This is a fascist regime weaponising state power to humiliate Bengaslis.@BJP4India will pay for every baton low, every racial slur, every illegal detention. The countdown to their downfall has begun, and Bengal will lead the change.”
It may be mentioned that chief minister Mamata Banerjee has requested 22 lakh Bengali-speaking migrant workers to come back to Bengal. She assured that they would be given jobs and also get Swasthaya Sathi cards and their children will be admitted to schools.
